Meet Shelby Graves, MPH, Public Health Freelancer


Shelby is a Health Policy Analyst located in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community and Public Health in 2014, rooting her experience in evidence-based prevention. After completing her Master of Public Health at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Shelby expanded her practice to include sustainable development and strategic planning. Her previous work encompassed comprehensive sexual health education, HIV and mental health services, and global health consulting. She currently engages in community health assessment and planning, using a social justice lens in all aspects of her work.
